Time for another update!
I hope everyone had a few nice holidays off to rest up for the coming year!
We’ve continued our work on the campaign and have a little bit of an update. Over the past couple of weeks we’ve been slowly and steadily folding boxes. As there’s thousands of them to fold its taking us quite a lot of time so there’s been many late evenings packing. (we’ve even been able to get my kids involved and they’ve folded a few hundred each)!
With boxes folded we’ve been able to start packing the figures in to boxes, we’re really happy about the progress and feel like we’re well on the way and on schedule. Down below you can see Peter thats been hired part time to handle the fulfillment and shipping of the kickstarter.
Another update:
We’ve also gotten all of the copies of the booklet. Everything is looking just as we had expected; in other words really good!
DHL:
We’re in the finalizing stages with the shipping and hope to get a couple of shipments out to test the service properly. We’ll keep you posted on this one!

Production & Christmas update!

Hey everyone! We're really excited to let you know everything is still in good time schedule-wise. As we're heading out for Christmas break we've received the following things:
1. All packaging material have arrived!
2. the brand new boxes we've designed for this campaign have been produced and arrived.
3. We've started receiving a bigger portion of the casts so we can start boxing these up early January.
4. All limited edition t-shirts, stickers etc are with us as well ready to be shipped!
And with that, we wish you all a happy holiday, merry Christmas and a happy new year! And we'll get back to you with another update around mid January to see where everything is in terms of production.

Hey everyone, hope you’re doing fine these days! We’ve seen that many of you have already filled out your kickstarter pledge manager form! I just want to send out a bit of a reminder to the remaining 19% of you who have yet to finalize it! The sooner we get everything filled out – the sooner we’ll be able to ship everything out! A lot of the products for the kickstarter is currently in full production and we don't have any changes to report. But there's a few positive ones!
I’d also like to give a quick update on a few production steps: The Sona world introduction booklets are currently fully printed: now we’re just waiting for the binders to bind the booklets, we've been told the final product should be with us dec 12.
Lukas is hyped about the magnets!
We’ve received some fridge magnets from Terrible kids! As you know Terrible Kids are handling some of the casting for this campaign, and they just sent us a box with some thousands of fridge magnets to include for free in the campaign! We don’t have exact count but some of you will be lucky and get a copy included in your package free of charge!

It’s time to manage your pledge!
The first 5% of backer surveys just went out as a test to make sure everything work as it should, and the remaining 95% will go out a little later today or tomorrow if there's no further issues found during the "test round"!
For this campaign we’ve teamed up with Backerkit to send you an extremely simple survey in order to collect the info we need to fulfill your rewards. You should expect to receive the invitation about 18:00CET (6:00pm.) nov 20th. The entire process should only take a couple minutes to complete.
The invitation will be sent directly to the email address linked to your Kickstarter account. Be sure to check your spam folder in case it was captured there!
It is important to submit the completed survey as quickly as possible in order for us to commence fulfillment.
What is Backerkit?
Backerkit gives you the opportunity to verify your reward, make your selections (i.e. choose a miniature, select size of t-shirt etc) as well as pay for shipping, verify and validate your shipping address. On top of all that, you can also upgrade your pledge level or add additional items to your existing pledge!
You do not need to make a login and password in order to access your survey as you will receive an email with a unique link. If you want to go back to review your info, simply click on the link in your email again.

For any product or shipping related enquiries, you can also contact us right from the bottom of the form. As you can imagine, we are very busy working on finalizing the project and fulfilling your rewards so be sure to follow the campaign updates before contacting us.
The personalized link was emailed to the address that you provided when making your pledge. Be sure to check your spam folder. If you have lost your survey email, you can submit your email address using this retrieve tool.
I added extra funds to my pledge to buy accessories, how do I use my credit?
When you open up your survey, it will open on the reward level that you pledged in. You can either upgrade to a higher reward level using the funds you have or you will see your credit on the Extras page where you can select from the various items. If you can't find what you are looking for, please be sure to contact us at [email protected]
I have moved, how do I edit my address?
You can go back into your survey at any time to update your address.
Once we are ready to prepare your order for shipment, we will lock the order at which point you will not be able to edit your address. Please contact us if you are unable to edit your address.
Production update!

Hey everyone, we want to make sure we’re as transparent as possible through out this journey and therefore have planned to give you updates as often as we can - especially if there’s a change in schedule or something big happening. Some periods there might be a few weeks between updates though - don’t worry if thats the case. It will happen if there’s nothing new to report and everything goes according to plan. If there’s ever something causing delays etc we’ll let you know.
Selecting your miniature:
Around nov 21 there will be an email sent out from our pledge manager, Backer kit, where you’ll be able to make any selections on which miniature you want as well as fill in and confirm your adress so we can calculate the correct shipping costs for you. If there’s any delay in launching the pledge manager we’ll make an update here. We've currently sent in the pledge manager for approval but they've said it should be ready Monday 21st nov!
Production:
As we’ve shown you previously Terrible Kids Stuff and Mindwork Games are both full at force with the casting, all figures have been in production for a bit with the exception of Scyllios that we’re still finalizing the molds for and only have a few copies made so far (for the obvious reason that he was added to the campaign very last minute and have not come as far in production). About 30-50% of the casts have already been made, most are still in Italy still and needs to be shipped up to Sweden to us and repackaged here to their new boxes.
Brushes:
We’ve just received all the packaged brushes, so we're all set with these for when the campaign is ready to start shipping.
DHL Express:
We’ve finalized the deal with DHL express and all shipping prices have been added to the pledge manager. We’re now awaiting the shipping packages from DHL express and they should be with us in about one-two weeks.
Boxes:
We've designed a box exclusive for Champions of Sona, this one is with the packaging printer and is estimated to be with us around mid december!
So far everything is going according to schedule so we're really excited!
